No catch. You get one published survey with unlimited questions and unlimited responses. Your survey collects responses for 90 days. The only trade-off is a small "Powered by Candor" badge on your survey. No credit card required to start.
What happens after 90 days on the free plan?
Your survey stops collecting new responses, but your data is saved. You can upgrade to continue collecting, or export everything you have. Nothing disappears.
What happens to my surveys if I cancel?
Your surveys stay active through the end of your billing period. After that, they stop collecting new responses — but your data is always saved and fully accessible. You can log in, view results, and export everything even after your subscription ends. Nothing is locked or deleted. If you resubscribe later, everything picks right back up.
Can I really cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts. No penalties. No guilt trip. Cancel from your account settings and you're done. When your subscription ends, your surveys stop collecting new responses — but your data is always saved. Log in anytime to view or export everything.
Do I need a Candor Annual subscription?
Only if you want Circles or want two months free. Circles are the ability to share live results with defined groups — your elders, your clients, your leadership — each in their own view. If that's not something you need, Candor Monthly works great for occasional use. You can switch to a Candor Annual subscription anytime.
What are Circles, exactly?
Circles are groups you define for sharing live results. You create a Circle, name it, assign surveys to it, and invite people by email. Everyone in that Circle sees those results live — as responses arrive — through their own login. You control what each Circle sees. Create as many Circles as you need: one per client, one per ministry group, one per department. A Circle Member can belong to multiple Circles. Circles are available with Candor Annual plans. Circle Member subscriptions are $50/year each (or $35/year with a qualifying discount).
Is there academic pricing?
Yes — $10/month off Candor Monthly ($20/month), $100/year off Candor Annual ($200/year), and $15/year off Circle Member ($35/year). Academic, nonprofit, and homeschool organizations all qualify.
